Qualifying Medical Conditions
Florida Amendment 2 gives patients the right to use medical marijuana if they have been diagnosed with any of the following conditions:

Anxiety
-
Depression
-
ALS (Lou Gehrig’s)
-
Cancer
-
Crohn’s Disease
-
Epilepsy
-
Glaucoma
-
HIV/AIDS
-
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
-
Parkinson’s Disease
-
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) *
-
Any other debilitating medical condition of the same kind or class, or comparable to those enumerated for which the physician believes that the medical use of cannabis would out weigh the potential health risks to the patient

Any Terminal Condition
-
Chronic Nonmalignant Pain **
How To Qualify
To qualify for Medical Marijuana a patient must:

Be a resident of Florida with proper Identification. Seasonal residents also qualify with proper documentation.

Be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition and provide documentation from a physician supporting the diagnosis.

Be entered into the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry by a qualified physician.

Submit a completed application to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry & be approved. There is a $75 fee payable to Office of Medical Marijuana Use for processing the application and the medical marijuana ID card.
